The Dexter 4400 lb axle is a bit of an oddball, so we don't have a bearing kit for it, but we do offer everything you'd need to assemble one.
Here's what you'd need:
• Inner Bearing # L68149
• Inner Race # LM68111
• Outer Bearing # LM67048
• Outer Race # LM67010
• Grease Seal # 58846 view full answer...
The Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 is the correct kit for the 3,500lb axles on your 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2400BH. This provides the bearings, races and a grease seal for 1 hub. We do have the Seal Puller # PTW1219 and Bearing Packer # PTW1218 to make repacking the bearings much easier. I recommend using the Grease # L11390 and Grease Gun # L30416 to fill the bearings. This grease is designed for use in extreme temperatures and pressures and is highly water resistant. view full answer...

A lot of the 4,400 lb axle will use the bearings and seal kits for a 3,500 lb axle so if that's what you have then the Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 is the correct replacement kit.
The 4,400 lb axles can be a bit hit and miss though so you'll need to either pull a hub to check that you have the matching parts that come with this kit (see list below) or you'll need send me a photo of the axle tag so I can see what exact parts you need.
Bearing Kit Parts:
Inner Bearing - L68149

The hubs used by the Dexter 4400 lb axle are 3500 lb hubs that have had their weight capacity upgraded by using a LM67048 outer wheel bearing. A 4400 hub like the # 8-407-5UC3-EZ would use the same # 58846 grease seal as a 3500 lb hub would.
Long story short, the correct grease seal for your Dexter 4400 lb axle would indeed be the # 58846. view full answer...

The # 37207-31525 regulator is a compact low pressure 2-stage regulator with an automatic changeover and will work fine with your 2018 Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer. It has a rating of 262,500 Btu which is more than enough gas flow most travel trailers. The 2 stage design ensures a continuous flow of gas to all of your appliances. This is a great quality regulator for a great price point. If needed, there is a U-Post RV LP mounting bracket available, # 37207-30405.

Based on the information and images I could find on your 2020 Grand Design 2500RL you will need the Grease Cap # DC200L-DCRP. This fits an inner hub diameter of 1.99" which is most common on your 3,500lb axles. For the center cap I recommend the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug # LHCS102-SI60C. This is stainless steel to prevent corrosion and chrome flaking. It has a removable plug to make it easier to access the grease zerk on the spindle. view full answer...
Thank you for providing that information. Leaf springs like the ones you have now typically match the axle capacity on your trailer. Although adding leaf springs with a slightly higher capacity won't hurt, it also is not necessary. Based on the leaf springs and and other information I'm sure you have 3,500 lb axles. Your standard diameter for this capacity would be 2-3/8". In addition to the capacity you want the eye to eye length to match, so we are looking at 25-1/4" long leaf springs.

The Cheetah is one of the many designs that has been discontinued by Lionshead. Although we do have the 14" x 5" the 15" version is no longer available. I understand this can be frustrating, especially when your trailer is not very old. The closest design we have is the Aluminum Viking Series Vor Trailer Wheel # AX02550545FPS which is a 15" x 5" wheel. This would be fine if you're just looking for a spare, or if you want to replace all of the wheels to match. For 15" x 6" we have the #... view full answer...
It looks like your 2020 Grand Design Transcend M-247BH has a GVWR of 6,995 lbs so your leaf springs should be rated for 3,500 lbs. If this is true then we have a few of these and you'll just need to select the correct one based off of the length of your current leaf springs (measured center-eye to center-eye):
23-1/8" - # e59SR
25-1/8" - # e68SR
27" - # SP-210275
If you lift your trailer so there isn't any weight on the springs you'll be able to measure the length of your leaf springs... view full answer...

The Aluminum Cheetah Trailer Wheel from Lionshead was discontinued so if you're needing a replacement silver 15" wheel with that 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern I recommend checking out the Lynx # LHSL301 wheel instead.

While the standard axle diameter for a 3,500 lb trailer axle is 2-3/8 inches it's not unheard of to see a 3 inch diameter 3,500 lb axle. All of our 3,500 lb axles like the part # 7359765 are 2-3/8 inches. view full answer...
